Terms of Service

Effective 12 October 2026. Replaces the terms dated 5 October 2026.

These terms govern your use of RESISTX, operated by Qorsi Pty Ltd, trading as RESISTX (ABN 99 630 075 768), Sydney, Australia. By using RESISTX, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use RESISTX. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

Use RESISTX for its intended purpose: tracking your fitness, nutrition, and body composition. Don't:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app
• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Interfere with the service or other users' experience

Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into RESISTX (training logs, nutrition data, progress photos, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data to provide the service.

YouTube

Parts of our service use YouTube API Services. By using those features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

RESISTX is a paid subscription with no free version. There are two ways to buy it, on this website or in the app through the App Store or Google Play, and the terms differ because the seller differs. The price, billing period and any free trial are always shown before you buy.

Bought through the App Store or Google Play

Subscriptions bought inside the app are sold and billed by Apple (through the App Store) or Google (through Google Play), not by us directly, and your purchase is also subject to the store's own terms.

• Free trials. Eligible subscribers can receive a 14-day free trial. The App Store or Google Play determines eligibility and displays the offer and renewal terms before you subscribe. If you start a free trial, nothing is charged at that time. It converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel under the store's displayed terms.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your store account is charged at renewal, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancelling. You cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, not through us. Deleting the app, or deleting your RESISTX account, does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep your subscription until then.
• Refunds. Because Apple and Google take the payment, refunds are handled by them under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the stores.
• Changes. We may change subscription prices or what a RESISTX subscription includes. A price change will not apply to an existing subscription until it next renews, and the store will notify you before it does.

Subscriptions bought directly on this website are sold by us. Qorsi Pty Ltd (ABN 99 630 075 768), trading as RESISTX, is the seller and merchant of record. Card payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf, and your subscription is managed through RevenueCat. Apple and Google are not party to this purchase.

• What you are buying. A RESISTX subscription, on either an annual or a monthly plan. If you subscribed before founding enrolment closed on 5 October 2026, your subscription also carries the founding membership described below. The price and the currency shown at checkout are what you pay, and that price includes any tax that applies where you live.
• Free trial. New subscribers get 14 days free. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then through the customer portal linked in your confirmation email. The trial is offered once per customer, and only to customers who have not bought a RESISTX subscription before. Your eligibility, the price and the date the trial ends are confirmed at checkout before you start it.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the rate you are currently paying, until you cancel. We will not change that rate without giving you at least 60 days’ notice first, as described below. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the rate you had may no longer be available.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time through the customer portal linked in your confirmation email. You cannot cancel a web subscription from your App Store or Google Play settings, because the purchase was not made there. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep your subscription until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• 60-day money-back guarantee. If RESISTX isn't for you, email support@resistx.com from the email address on your account within 60 days of your first payment. We will cancel your subscription and refund everything you have paid for it, without asking why. The guarantee applies once per customer. After those 60 days, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.
• Your other rights. None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that applies where you live, none of which we exclude or limit. If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a right to cancel within 14 days. At checkout you ask for access to start straight away and acknowledge that this right ends once your paid period begins; until then, cancelling costs nothing. Where such a law gives you a remedy, such as a refund for a major failure, it applies regardless of anything in these terms. To ask about a refund, email support@resistx.com.
• Changes to price. We may change the price of new subscriptions at any time. For a subscription you already hold, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice by email before a new price takes effect, and you can cancel at any point before it does; if you do nothing, the new price applies from the renewal after the notice period ends. Where we have promised to hold a rate as part of a specific offer, we hold it for as long as that offer says, and this clause does not shorten that promise.

Founding membership

Founding membership includes full RESISTX access as the product develops, a numbered founding member card, the private founders community on Skool, a direct channel for product feedback and optional founder chats, subject to available appointments.

Founding membership was open to everyone who subscribed on this website until 5 October 2026, when enrolment closed. If you joined before then, your membership benefits continue while your paid subscription remains active. Original community members who have been granted complimentary founding access keep that access without purchasing.

A limited enrolment window ran from 11 September to 13 September 2026 inclusive, Sydney time, at a lower rate and with no free trial. That rate belonged to that window. If you joined in it, the rate you paid stays locked for as long as your subscription continues without interruption, on the same terms as any other subscription bought here.

RESISTX is available on the App Store and Google Play. If you subscribed on this website, download the app and sign in with the same account you used at checkout. Your subscription is linked to that account, so you do not need a second subscription in the app. Community admission is processed manually; please allow time for processing.

You can switch between monthly and annual plans within founding membership. Monthly-to-annual changes take effect immediately, with credit for unused monthly time. Annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the next renewal, without a pro-rata refund for unused annual time. This plan-switch rule does not limit the refund rights described above. Subscriptions bought in the September 2026 window and subscriptions bought at the standard price are separate offers; plan switching does not move you between them.

Apps from the App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded RESISTX from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Qorsi Pty Ltd, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for RESISTX and its content. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies, and where it is more protective of you, it prevails. In addition:

• Licence. You have a limited, non-transferable licence to use RESISTX on Apple-branded products you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules.
• Support. We provide maintenance and support for RESISTX, at support@resistx.com. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for it.
• Warranty. If RESISTX fails to meet any warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for RESISTX.
• Claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about RESISTX, including product liability claims, claims that it does not meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
• Intellectual property. If anyone claims that RESISTX or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
• Legal compliance. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated by it as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-party terms. You must also follow any third-party terms that apply when you use RESISTX, such as your mobile data provider’s.
• Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.

If you downloaded RESISTX from Google Play, your use of Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for RESISTX or for supporting it.

Not Medical Advice

RESISTX is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app should be taken as medical, nutritional, or health advice. Consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.

Limitation of Liability

RESISTX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RESISTX. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

Termination

You can stop using RESISTX at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account and all of its data yourself in the app, or request deletion by emailing support@resistx.com. See Deleting your account for the steps and what happens to your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
