Your training lives in six places. You've never seen it in one.

Yes, you track. Training logs in one app, your food diary in another, measurements in a third, your latest DEXA and your blood work sitting in your email, supplement reminders somewhere else again, and a spreadsheet that was supposed to tell you if it was all working. RESISTX is one place to put all of it, and one place to see all of it.

The RESISTX food log
The problem
Why nothing adds up

You're already tracking everything. In six different places.

None of them is wrong. They are each looking at one thing, and the answer you actually want lives in the gaps between them.

The lifting app
Knows your volume went up.
No idea you're cutting.
The food app
Knows you hit protein.
No idea you added two leg days.
The body scans
DEXA and InBody reports.
The most expensive numbers you own, opened once and never again.
The blood work folder
Lab PDFs, piling up in downloads.
Unread after the first look, and never lined up against the cut you were running when the numbers moved.
The pill reminder
Knows the schedule.
No idea whether it's working.
The spreadsheet
You update it for three weeks.
Then it quietly dies, just like the one before it.

Six places, every one holding a piece of the same physique, and not one of them showing you the whole thing. So the call you actually care about, push harder or back off, gets made on a fraction of the data. You guess.

The cost
Money, and the other thing

You are already paying for this. Twice.

Once in subscriptions, and once in the minutes a day you spend copying your own numbers from one app into another. These are the current App Store prices, one app per job, nothing doubled up.

One app per job, a year

Hevy ProTraining $38.99
MacroFactorNutrition $103.99
GainFrameBody composition and progress photos $59.99
Carrot CareBlood work $94.99

Five apps, five subscriptions, and that is before a form check app or anything reading your sleep $327.95
RESISTX, founding member, all of it $149.99
12 hours
A year, moving numbers

Two minutes a day copying a weight into a spreadsheet, a macro into a note, a session into a second app. Two minutes is nothing. Two minutes every day is a day and a half of your life a year, spent doing data entry a phone should have done.

$5,200
A year, for the alternative

The only other thing that reads your training, your food, your weigh-ins and your blood work together is a good coach, and a good coach starts at $100 a week. Worth every cent if you want one. RESISTX is for the people coaching themselves.

The fix
One place

One place to put it all. One place to see it all.

Not six apps behind one login. One log for your training, your food, your body and your blood work, and one timeline in the Track tab where every bit of it lines up on the same dates. You are not assembling the picture any more. You are just looking at it.

Logging a set in RESISTX

Log at rack speed, then let the camera grade it.

Three taps a set and a rest timer that starts itself. Point the camera at a set and RESISTX reads the rep speed falloff, the range of motion and the left to right balance, so you know what the set was worth, not just that it happened. Your volume per muscle adds up on the Lift tab, counted against your MEV, MAV and MRV.

Works with no signal, in a basement gym

Searching the RESISTX food database

Targets that learn what your maintenance actually is.

A million foods held on the device, so search is instant. Set the portion the way you actually eat it, and log it. Your calorie and macro targets then adjust to the maintenance your own weight trend and intake reveal, rather than the number a calculator guessed from your height.

Learned from your own data, not a formula

The Track tab timeline in RESISTX

The Track tab. Your whole history, one timeline.

Weight smoothed into a trend you can act on. Body fat from DEXA, calipers, BIA or the mirror, measurements, photos, sleep, HRV, supplements and every blood marker off the lab PDF, all on the same timeline, all on the same dates. Scrub back through all of it. Hand a coach, a dietitian or your doctor read-only access to exactly the parts you choose.

Import your whole history from Hevy, Strong, Jefit, FitNotes, Fitbod and Alpha Progression

The offer
Founding members

Become a founding member.

Subscribe before Sunday midnight and you are in the founding group, whether you made it to Sydney or not. That is a price, and it is also a seat at the table.

  • Founding member pricing, locked. You keep the rate for as long as you stay subscribed, while everyone who arrives on Monday pays retail.
  • Every part of RESISTX. Lifting, food, body composition, sleep, supplements, blood work, the camera, the AI logging, the imports and the sharing. There is no higher tier to upsell you to.
  • The private RESISTX founders community on Skool. It is where the beta group has lived while they shaped the app, and it opens to every founding member at launch. Your place in it runs with your subscription.
  • A direct line to the person who built it. Tim is in that community daily. Founding members get first say on what gets built next, and it is not a suggestion box, it is the actual roadmap.

Questions
Everything else

What people ask before they subscribe.

What happens on Monday?
Founding member pricing disappears and the price goes to retail. If you subscribed during the three days, you keep your rate for as long as you stay subscribed. If you did not, you pay retail like everyone else. There is no extension and no code afterwards.
Do I have to be at the expo?
No. The founding rate is open to anyone from Friday 11 September to the end of Sunday 13 September, wherever you are. The expo is just where I will be standing.
Do I have to decide right now, standing here?
You have until the end of Sunday. Download it free today, use it for the weekend, and subscribe before Sunday night if it earns it. That is the honest way to do this.
Where do I find you at the expo?
There is no booth. I am walking the floor all three days in the DO YOU EVEN TRACK? shirt, so if you see it, that is me. Stop me and I will set the app up on your phone with you.
I have three years of history in Hevy. Do I lose it?
No. RESISTX imports from Hevy, Strong, Jefit, FitNotes, Fitbod and Alpha Progression, and it takes a couple of minutes. Your PRs and your whole log come with you.
Is this another app that needs signal in the gym?
No. Logging, the food database of more than a million foods, and your whole history work with the phone in aeroplane mode. It syncs when you surface.
Is my blood work and my body data safe?
It is yours and it is private by default. Nobody sees any of it unless you hand out read-only access yourself, you choose which categories they see, and you can revoke it at any moment. RESISTX imports and tracks your markers; it does not diagnose anything.
What do I get in the founders community?
A private Skool group that has been running through the beta, direct access to Tim, and a real say in what gets built next. Founding members are in it from launch, and access runs for as long as your subscription does.
Meet the founder
Tim Cochran, founder of RESISTX
Why this exists

I got sick of guessing what was working.

I have spent years training under good coaches, and years building education businesses for coaches. I am not a coach and RESISTX is not one either. But I know what the good ones do: collect everything, watch the trend, change one thing at a time.

I could not do that for myself. My lifts were in one app, my food in another, my last DEXA in an email I never opened again. So every time the bar stopped moving and I had to decide whether to push or pull back, I was guessing. Years of good training, and I still could not tell you which part of it was doing the work.

So I built the thing I wanted, for the people coaching themselves. There is no booth at the expo. I am walking the floor all three days in the shirt, so just stop me. I would rather set it up on your phone with you than sell it to you.
